Species: Solen cylindraceus

Description: A narrow, extremely elongated rectangle, the shell is translucent with extremely fine rectangular growth lines. Externally there is a thin brown periostracum. Internally there is a sharp, small, single tooth at one end of the hinge line. Typical size: L 50mm, W 14mm.
